Lose weight, save money, get healthy, eat what you want...impossible?

If I told you that you could lose weight, get healthy, save money but eat whatever you want, would you think that is possible? I sure wouldn't have thought it possible. Most weight loss programs involve some tradeoffs. You need to weigh your food, or only eat certain types of foods etc. I am sure that all of these work, however there are two main problems. Firstly you know you are on a weight-loss program because you are permanently having to be aware of what you can eat and what you can't eat. Secondly they are hard to continue on as a lifestyle. Afterall, who wants to be weighing their food for the rest of their life or never eating carbs!

I want to share with you a weight loss program that involves no special tablets, no cost - in fact you will end up with more money, no measuring or weighing, no eating only some food types, and no hunger....and it works amazingly. I did it and was on a long holiday at the time so was no where near a scale. I couldn't understand why all my pants were not staying up. When I found a scale I had lost 9kg in 8 weeks, and I never knew I was on a diet! In fact every person I've mentioned this to has tried it and had similar results.
